This extraordinary shopping mall has achieved its fulfilment in two phases. After these two phases between twenty-five years, it has an exquisite retailing area of 129,561 m2 (1,394,580 sq ft). This huge area houses more than 203 shopping retailers. To allow access to the huge number of visitors daily, the shopping mall four entrances from four roads around of it. It has five anchor tenants. These are Debenhams, Marks and Spencer, John Lewis, Primark, and Boots. First four are leading departmental stores selling fashion clothing and other accessories and the last one prominent pharmaceutical store. John Lewis and Debenhams also sell household and electrical products. A remarkable blend of retailers of fashion, electrical goods, household products and other accessories have placed it at the top of people’s choice. Other retailers are Hugo Boss, Vans, All Saints, TM Lewin, H&M, Parkhouse Jewellers, Crabtree & Evelyn, Cath Kidson, Radley, Kurt Geiger, Links of London, Reiss, Fat Face, Crew Clothing, Jo Malone and Leia, LK Bennett. The leading bank Barclays has also its branch for its customers. 

Restaurants and cafés are spread over several corner of the mall. However, reportedly the eastside of the mall has a mentionable number of eateries. They have wide varieties of food items in their menu coming from around the world. Delicious foods with lovely drinks are served daily. It is split between two floors. Nando’s, Pizza Express, T.G.I., Friday, and the first Ruby Tuesday in the whole Western Europe are situated at the upper Eastside. On the other hand, the ground floor contains the smaller shops such as Muffin Break, Yo! Sushi. There is an exceptional facility around this area. A six-storied library with 90,000 books and three best restaurants is within few yards of the centre. It has an area of 55,000 square feet (5,100 m2).

The number of level of the building is nine. Among them, two levels are shopping stores and one level is for restaurants. However, other six levels are designed for parking of around two thousand cars. It is open for 24 hours having exclusive CCTV security for the visitors. To remind visitors regarding their parking position, the entire car parking system is coded. Three paramedics patrol the area to face any medical emergencies.
