In a strategic location to the south of the greater Paris region in a town created by urban expansion and near the A6, A86, A10 motorways and the RN20, RN144 and RN118 main roads, Massy will become a shopping center that touches every corner of its catchment area. An extension project is currently being studied and by 2014, the center should cover 30,000 SQM.
The shopping center’s nearly 100 shops, restaurants and medium sized stores, up from 60 today, will be located adjoining a Cora hypermarket and across from Leroy Merlin.

Features mall architecture
Altarea Cogedim intends to create a leading retail hub featuring mainstream positioning and an architectural project entrusted to Jean-Paul Viguier.
The centre layout was given a fresh design with the creation of a large sunny mall under a glass canopy, a key landmark to help visitors get their bearings;
The new carefully landscaped entrance over a small expanse of water in front of the mall demonstrates the deliberately environmental emphasis of the project.
Facade of the new centre was reconstructed using a system of white metal panels assembled like an origami creation, in order to give the building a coherent appearance, a new architectural elegance, and to reflect the celebratory nature of the project.
