Future Plans
Since the development is so massive in a bad economy it has been split in to two phases.
There were plans for the City of Greenville and Magnolia Park Town Center developers to work together to build a highway exit, to relieve traffic off the already busy Woodruff Road. The plan’s for the exit seem to be dead as of 2007/2008
