Features mall architecture

Architecture evoking the Docks in London building, largely using stone, metal, glass. Roof covered with solar panels in a shape that is similar to the Docks roof. 260 m long terrace with an open view onto the Mediterrannean. The terraces overlooking the sea are lined with restaurants with exterior seating areas that are covered with retractable, fabric in appearance, canopies that give it that premium mediterranean feel.

Planning

Open 7/7 all day long, the Terraces offers many spaces on several levels. The large and modular 3000m2 terrace on the roof can accommodate large events and offers an amazing sea view. Visitors can also admire artworks and interactive events along the path, while enjoying a new shopping experience in the 190 shops and restaurants available.
The ground floor of the scheme features La Grande Halle, a unique concept for a French shopping centre. The area includes 20 kiosks, designed in the style of an indoor food market, which offers a range of local produce, along with live cooking demonstrations from speciality chefs to inspire shoppers.
Part of the centre’s ground floor level also acts as the passenger terminal for the passenger ferries to Corsica and Sardinia which transports around 600,000 passengers a year.
