Rivetoile is a relatively new shopping centre Rivetoile, opened its doors at the end of 2008. It spreads across an area of 32,000 sq m and accommodates over 90 shops and popular restaurants. This mall built in 2 levels is home to high-end shops such as H&M, Zara, Esprit etc.

The interior design of the center states through the creation of four different worlds, which illustrate the cultural identity of the area:
– White world in reference to the dance (City of Music and Dance)
– World copper reference to calligraphy / writing (Andre Malraux Library and Archives of the City)
– Red universe in connection with the theater / stage
– Black universe dedicated to culture and artistic creation (UGC Cine Cite Strasbourg Etoile).
