The company was founded in 1980 by Michael Tien and based in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong with retail outlets in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, and other Middle-East countries. Tien also founded another clothing retailer U2 Clothing at the same time, which operates under the company G2000 Apparel Limited.
