The mall is owned by General Growth Properties based in Chicago, Illinois which also owns the nearby Altamonte Mall. Both malls are cross-managed by the same General Manager. Mall anchor department stores include Dillard’s, Macy’s, and Sears. Other notable anchors include Regal Cinemas Oviedo Stadium 22 and Chamberlains health foods store. The mall primarily caters to residents of the Northeast Orlando, Oviedo/Winter Springs suburban area.
