Rouse Properties Inc. purchased Chesterfield Towne Center about 12 months ago, and have signed a lease agreement with H&M.
The retailer, based in Sweden, offers trendy, cheap, chic fashions with a European taste. It is due to open during late 2015, in a 22000ft² store. Chesterfield Towne Center is one of three centers within Rouse to house an H&M.
Rouse has also managed agreements to house Nestle Café, Journeys Kidz and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, and has managed to secure renovation deals with other retailers, including Finks Jewelers, Justice and Hollister.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will be the first tenant in the planned restaurant pavilion, which will offer an outdoor fireplace and an exterior hardscape.
Rouse is preparing to commence interior renovations, including a fireplace, new lighting and soft seating throughout the center.
