On November 29, 2018, the official opening of Zsar Outlet Village, a project of East Finland Real Estate, the first professional outlet in Finland, took place. The shopping center is located 500 meters from the Russian border, near the town of Torfyanovka. Among the tenants opening their stores in Zsar Outlet Village are Hugo Boss, Skechers, Lindt, Liu Jo, Guess, Adidas, Roberto Cavalli, Reima, Braccialini, Kappa, etc. Brands like Armani, Flavio Castellani, and Osprey London open in Outlet its first stores in Finland. Pizzeria & Pasteria Luca, Classic American Diner and Fu Hing restaurants will also be open at the outlet. The concept also provides for the opening of a children’s playground.
The total area of Zsar Outlet Village is about 20 thousand square meters. In total, about 60 tenants will be represented on the territory of the outlet, mainly of the middle and premium class. The potential audience of the new Zsar Outlet Village are residents of the southern cities of Finland, as well as Russian tourists from St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. The bus company Lux Express announced the launch of regular flights to an outlet from St. Petersburg, the journey time will be about 4 hours.
