Juicy Couture, based in Arleta, Los Angeles, sells contemporary high-end casual wear and dress clothing to females ages 10–26. Founded by Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor in 1997, Juicy Couture was later purchased by the Liz Claiborne fashion company. Juicy Couture has become a global seller with their signature velour tracksuits and other fashions including clothing, handbags, shoes, intimates, swimwear, fragrance, accessories, sunglasses, yoga and babywear.
Known for its vibrant colors, Juicy Couture lines are sold in upscale department stores like Bloomingdale’s, Gus Mayer, Lord & Taylor, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
There are over 100 Juicy Couture stores and boutiques in North America. Juicy Couture stores will close this June 2014. Fashions will still be available in department stores.
