It is owned and managed by the Westfield Group, with 196835.5m² of space for lease. It houses more than 300 stores, with anchors such as Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. The mall was the first large scale center to be erected in New Jersey.

It can be found at the intersection of Routes 4 and 17, around 15 miles west of Manhattan, near the Garden State Parkway. It has been recognized as one of the highest revenue producing centers in the U.S.

The mall is the biggest mall in the Westfield Group’s worldwide portfolio as regards leasable space. This is quite an achievement as the group is one of the largest global retail property groups.

Westfield Garden has been described by the New York Times as possibly the single most influential centre in the country. It is located a few minutes from New York City and generates around $1billion in retail sales annually.

Its anchors include Macy’s, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, as well as top-level boutiques, such as Louis Vuitton. The mall boasts annual visitors of 18900000.
