The Mall at Fairfield Commons

The Mall is a premier retail center located in the Dayton-Springfield, Ohio metropolitan region.  The two-level Mall at Fairfield Commons is a regional, enclosed center which offers shoppers more than 130 specialty stores, many of which do not have stores elsewhere in the marketplace.  It is situated at Beavercreek, one mile south of the I-675, with convenient access to Interstate 70 and Interstate 75, as well as to State Route 35, which offers travelers direct highway access to the downtown region of Dayton, a new office park and medical center, as well as Dayton International Airport.

The Mall at Fairfield Commons is located close to the I-675 which experiences heavy traffic flow of around 67890 vehicles daily, and North Fairfield Road, which is also a very busy road.

Beavercreek in Ohio is considered to be an attractive, desirable location which offers residents a high standard of life.

There are many top employers located within 15 miles of the Mall at Fairfield Commons, providing the center with an excellent lunchtime and after-work shopping population.  One of the biggest employers in the area is Wright Patterson Air Force Base.  It is a leader in military research and development, and is home to the world’s largest and oldest military museum, the US Air Force Museum.
