Under Armour announced the creation of its own loyalty program. Americans over 16 years old will be able to participate in it. The program will work only in the domestic market in the first stage.
The UA Rewards program is available online, via mobile app, Under Armour Brand House, and Factory House stores. It should also launch in Under Armour retail stores within a year.
According to the company’s press office, program members can earn 5 points for every dollar spent and completing tasks in the brand’s fitness app. Other options include early access to new products, special events and exclusive videos featuring Under Armour athletes and fitness experts.
According to Under Armour CEO Stephanie Linnartz, loyal Under Armour shoppers can accumulate loyalty rewards. “Our consumers are incredibly engaged with our brand and UA Rewards will enable a deeper connection, delivering the value and benefits they’ve been craving,” she said.
