The first Early Learning Centre in Russia was opened in 2006. In the third quarter of 2012, the development rights of the retail network went to the Detsky Mir company. The ELC network includes 25 stores in Moscow and the regions of Russia, as well as 44 corners in the Detsky Mir network of stores.
