The store is located on Oxford Street 252, right in the center of London’s West End and covering about 3 000 sq m of retail space. With the opening of the London showroom, Reserved brand has also launched Internet sales in the UK market.
“London is truly a global city, a European fashion capital and a window to the world, visited annually by hundreds of millions of tourists” – says Marek Piechocki, President of LPP SA. “We want to build global recognition of Reserved as a brand and LPP as a company. Our presence on Oxford Street is a major step in this direction,” he continued.
In the UK Reserved will offer a specially designed collection of clothes and accessories in which the themes of Polish culture and design are shed. The offer includes a full assortment of Reserved, full collections of women, men and children apparel.
Reserved store in London has been designed according to the “Open to Public” concept. The whole is supposed to give the impression of lightness, elegance, and modernity. New fixtures solution is adjusting the shop lighting to the time of day, LED screens allowing for marketing communication with customers or traffic management information system in the fitting rooms.

London’s Reserved debut is accompanied by an advertising campaign featuring the supermodel Kate Moss. Promotional activities focus primarily on Internet communication and outdoor advertising using the salon’s website and advertising media at bus stops and metro stations. The image of Kate Moss promoting the Reserved brand is also on London’s famous, double-decker buses. The model also took part in the official opening of the salon.
