Stüssy to open new flagship store in New York City

Stüssy is set to open a new flagship store in New York's Nolita neighborhood. After closing its SoHo location in late 2023, the California-based company is making a comeback with a 5,600-square-foot space at 50 Prince Street, previously home to the independent bookstore McNally Jackson.

Expansion continues after successful pop-up

This new flagship follows Stüssy’s recent success with an archive pop-up store in Brooklyn, which ran for one month in spring, showcasing rare collaborations and vintage items. The brand’s return to Manhattan marks a strategic move to regain its foothold in New York’s competitive fashion market.

The opening in New York is part of a broader expansion for Stüssy, which has also launched flagship stores in Chengdu, China, and Milan, Italy, earlier this year. Stüssy continues to strengthen its global presence, with stores spanning across Asia, North America, and Europe, reinforcing its status as a leader in streetwear fashion. Founded in 1984, the brand remains at the forefront of the industry, blending its California roots with a worldwide influence.
