The primary reason for the major update process is to offer better amenities in a more modern scenery.
One of the core sectors of the improvement campaign has been the planned revamp of the Dining Court, which has recently been completed. Located in the southern New Jersey suburb of Philadelphia, PERIT has added mall space of over 40,000 square feet for new leases.
Amongst the new entrants is leading beverage outlet Starbucks Coffee. Occupying a retail space of 283 square feet, America’s foremost coffee brand brings that five-star all-encompassing coffeehouse experience to Moorestown Mall. Customers get the best of delectable teas, luscious pastries, and other enticing treats.
Also leading on the dining front is the highly rated brand Yard House occupying a 9,972 square feet storefront. The store setup is modern, and the offerings feature some of America’s much loved beers and cuisines. That is not all however; there is classic rock to smoothen the elitist mix of premium beer and exquisite cuisines that will delight your palate.
Bringing variety to the retail fold is the most talked about candle brand in the US—Yankee Candle. Taking up a 1,195 square feet space, the lovely brands offers merchandise Americans have learned not to do without, from excellent scented candles to alluring home fragrance products.
Local novel brand, Toy Genius also snags up a retail outlet for the young crowd. Cool toys, fun puzzles and ride-ons, fantastic games and titles; are all stocked up with the versatility and quality to boot.
The expansion on Boutique Row has brought a new brand to the block: Liberty Supply Co. in a 1447 square feet store. Going strong on the need to promote Made-in-US products, the brand features top quality clothing, bags, footwear, and accessories for both gender; all manufactured in America.
Technology is not left out with one of the America’s Big Three telecommunication brand, Verizon Wireless, acquiring a 1,869-square-foot space. Aside featuring latest-gen phones and accessories, the brand also provides customer services to users of the brand and carries out expert repairs.
With a humongous number of frames, differing in creativity, styles, and price points; Eye Deals takes up a 1,298-square-foot strong presence in Moorestown Mall. In addition, the brand offers a one-hour service. With a recent lease of an 18,355-square-foot outlet to H&M, the entrance of new brands to the mall is expected to continue into 2016.
Later in fall, new dining entrants will be opening shop for the mall’s esteemed diners. Brooklyn Pizza, Suki Hana Japan, Moon Dog Café, and Suki Hana Sushi will boost up the current number of dining outlets. Facilities to be enjoyed by diners include upgraded seating, improved lighting and way finding, a media wall, and much-needed mobile device charging stations. New restroom facilities incorporating a family restroom will also be available to esteemed diners.
The upscaling in Moorestown Mall improves an already premium shopping, dining, and leisure destination. The center is home to the only Regal RPX Cinema in the region it serves. It’s lineup of dining outlets is robust including quality restaurants like Dave Magrogan’s Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar and Jose Garces’ Distrito.
The leisure section of the mall offers the best in New Jersey with the star brand-studded Boutique Row. The concept is home to the flagship location of Rizzieri Salon and Spa and widely acclaimed fitness studio, Orangetheory Fitness. Also on the Row are leading fashion brands, Zeyzani, Erdon, and Never Too Spoiled.
