The project is due to commence during autumn 2014, in a strategically located sites in the TriCity region. The planned completion date is set for late 2016.
Forum Radunia will be bordered by Hucisko, Waly Jagiellonskie, Armii Krajowej and 3 Maja streets. The site is conveniently located in the center of the city, next to the main railway station, municipal buildings and the Old Town. The area’s full potential has not yet been fully exploited, mainly due to the railway lines which run through the plot of land.
One of the critical elements of this project is to cover and house the railway tracks inside the completed complex. The process of forming a tunnel to cover the tracks has already commenced, after which the adjoining 1.5 hectares of land and the area above it will become part of the construction.
