Westbrook Mall is the only enclosed Shopping Centre in West Central Calgary, conveniently located on the corner of Bow Trail and 37th Street SW with over 70 shops and services and anchored by Walmart & Safeway. This 400,000 sq. ft. centre is anchored by Wal-Mart, Sport Chek and a 48,000 sq. ft. Safeway.
The Centre has undergone several renovation programs, including the redesigned food court area, the expansion and renovation of the Wal-Mart store and the addition of Sears Mattress & Appliance and Sport Chek.
In the mall there are established traffic builders such as Payless Shoes, Sears Appliance and Mattress, Starbucks, Bank of Montreal, and Smitty’s Restaurant along with an 8 unit food court.
Also in the mall there is a 2 level medical/professional complex, several pad tenants including Boston Pizza, Spa Lady, and Jubilations Dinner Theatre.
