Richmond Centre is owned and managed by both Cadillac Fairview Corp. Ltd. and Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. With over 240 stores and services, Richmond Centre is one of the Lower Mainland’s best shopping experiences. Part of the mall was once known as Richmond Square.

Main retailers are The Bay, Sears, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Sport Chek, Famous Players 6-screen movie theatre, HMV, The Gap, Shoppers Drug Mart, Off The Wall and Coast Mountain Sports.
