Compagnie de Phalsbourg in partnership with Groupe Barneoud, will develop two renovation projects within Plan de Campagne retail zone. Part of the project is the creation of a retail park on a 130,000sqm plot.
The project involves the expansion of existing shopping center in the heart of the mega complex campaign plan. The existing center will also be completely revamped.
The investments will become the largest in 40 years of the company's work in the U.S. market.
