Park Royal Shopping Centre is officially Canada’s first covered shopping mall. The mall covers roughly 990,000 square feet (91,974 m²), hosting about 280 stores and services. The mall is physically divided into 2 sections by Marine Drive: North Mall and South Mall. And in 2004, the expansion of the South Mall The Village was opened with 238,000 sq ft area.
South Mall anchor stores are Extra Foods, SportChek, Coast Mountain Sports, Future Shop, Winners, The Brick and Staples.
North Mall anchor stores are London Drugs and The Bay.
Village anchors are Whole Foods Market, Michael’s Home, Sense, The Home Depot (urban concept store), Old Navy.
