Otrada

Otrada shopping park is a modern shopping mall, which is located within the direct proximity to the Mitino district, at 7th km of Piatnitskoe highway.

The complex is being put into operation in stages: the first one was implemented in December, 2011, the second one – at the end of 2012. After having launched all the project’s stages, the total area of Otrada shopping mall will reach 220,000 sq.m.

• 1st stage tenants: O’key hypermarket, Adidas, Reebok, Nike, O’Stin, Zolla, L’etoile. Total of 50 stores. 
• 2nd stage tenants: Zara, H&M, Mexx, Reserved, Victoria Secret, Mango, Calvin Klein Jeans, restaurants and food court. 

Cafes and restaurants: Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC, Tutti Frutti, Burger King, Goodbeef, Teremok, Bulka, Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, Kroshka Kartoshka, Pizza Vancho.
