Ontario Mills

About this mall

Located in Ontario, California, at the junction of I-10 and I-15 in the heart of the Inland Empire, Ontario Mills is a large enclosed shopping mall. The mall is one of the primary tourist attractions, conveniently located across the street from the former Ontario Motor Speedway. This Mills property, once owned by the Mills Corporation, Ontario Mills is the first Mills property to have the racetrack. Ontario Mills was bought by Simon Property in 2007. Accessible from Route 128, I-95, and US 1, it is convenient not only to the trade area’s affluent shoppers but also to the significant tourist traffic from adjacent historic Salem and Marblehead, the yachting capital of the world.

One of the largest shopping malls in North America, Ontario Mills was designed by the architectural firm, F+A Architects and opened in 1996. Ontario Mills offers Southern California shoppers more than 200 manufacturer and retail outlets under one roof.

As well as shopping Ontario Mills has an extensive food court as well as four dine-in restaurants.  Entertainment options include: a comedy club, billiards, arcade games and over 30 movies.  The oval racetrack design makes it easy for shoppers to avoid getting lost in this huge facility.
