One Raffles Place is managed by OUB Centre Limited and includes the newly renovated shopping mall as well as Tower One and Tower Two. One Raffles Place shopping mall is designed to provide people living and working in the Singapore’s business district with exciting shopping and dining options that they can enjoy everyday. Besides the retail mall, One Raffles Place has two Grade-A office towers. The 62-storey Tower One, at 280 metres, is among the world’s 100 tallest buildings.
