O’Parinor or Parinor until 2008 , is a mall area of Ile-de-France managed by the property company Hammerson and located in the industrial zone of the town of Aulnay-sous-Bois , north- of Paris .
In April 2008 , the mall is subject to an extension. In September 2008, Hammerson completed a 24,000m2 redevelopment and extension of the existing O’Parinor shopping centre. The centre is the largest to the north of Paris, totaling circa 100,000m2, and combines a high-quality retail offer with excellent customer facilities.
The centre comprises 210 stores and is anchored by one of the largest Carrefour hypermarkets in France. Other principal occupiers include C&A, Toys ‘R’ Us, Darty, Fnac, Sephora, Zara and H&M.
In beginning of 2014, the refurbished centre welcomed one of the first Primark stores in France generating +30% additional footfall. In autumn, a 14-screen cinema complex operated UGC will open, accompanied by a brand new catering area anchored by Restaurante Del Arte and Hippopotamus.
