From 2011, Sonae Sierra, shopping center developer, plans to construct the “Neue Mitte” shopping center in the town of Garbsen near Hanover. The project comprises 110 rental units, and as a modern market place is to be situated opposite the Town Hall building. The center’s development will accelerate the 63,000 inhabitants of the city. It is planed the mall to feature a multiplex cinema.
The shopping center will be situated in Garbsen, on just 20 kilometers north-west of Hanover.
