Located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, the Mayfair Shopping Center was constructed in 1958 by the Hunzinger Construction Company. Currently Mayfair Mall is managed by General Growth Propertie.
The mall has annual sales averaging of $536 per square foot—well above the national average of $363. Anchored by Macys, Boston Store and Barnes & Noble, and an AMC Theatre, Mayfair Mall has 180 specialty stores.
In 2012, Nordstrom opened a three story, 140,000 square foot store at Mayfair. The two-story parking structure connects Nordstrom and Boston Store. The largest mixed-use shopping center in the state, Mayfair Mall is positioned at the geographic center of metropolitan Milwaukee’s established core of middle-to-upper income neighborhoods.
An 86-acre business complex features several office buildings and over 700 employees.

Anchored by Barnes & Noble, Boston Store, Macy’s, Nordstrom Mayfair Mall hosts such retail brands as: Ann Taylor, Apple Store, Banana Republic, bareMinerals, Coach, Teavana, GAP, J.Crew, The LEGO Store, Pandora, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Williams-Sonoma, a two-level Barnes & Noble and AMC Theatres. In 2015, Nordstrom and The Container Store are to open first-in-state locations at Mayfair.
