Lethbridge Centre is an enclosed, two storey, multi-use complex housing retail units; an adjoining 11 storey office tower, a professional galleria and a 6000 square foot conference and event facility. The total retail floor area is 30,658 m2.
The Centre is oriented in an east / west direction and is anchored in the west by a two-storey department store occupied by The Bay. The office tower adjoins at the east end.
The retail level and office tower were built in 1975 with the second retail storey being completed in 1988. Today, Lethbridge Center boasts the tallest office building in the downtown core.
The main level offers a mixture of local independent and chain retail shops. The second floor houses a professional galleria and a women’s fitness and day spa.The office tower is home to a variety of businesses including financial planners, government offices, insurance brokers, accountants, psychiatrists, dentists and more.
