Kyova Mall

About this mall

Kyova Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located outside the city of Ashland, Kentucky, USA, in Cannonsburg. Anchor stores include Elder-Beerman, Rural King, and a ten-screen movie theater.
In 2005, Eggleston Associates of Cincinnati, Ohio, purchased the mall from its original developer. Shortly thereafter, a new plan for the mall was developed; Eggleston also re-named the mall Kyova Mall. 
In 2008 were opened Wilma’s Dress Shop, Sophia’s, Lee Middleton Dolls, RJ Kahuna’s Sports Bar & Grill and Knot Just Pretzels joined the mall food court.

In January 2009, Custom Metal Creations opened after coming into the mall as a holiday shop. Chris’ Gyros joined the food court leaving one vacancy  and Summit Brokerage Services opened. Kyova Square welcomed the Dollar Tree in February 2009.

 

Callihan’s American Pub & Grill is slated to open in early Fall 2009 and will be located across the hall from Phoenix Kyova 10. The restaurant will feature a pub look and two story mezzanine.
