Since fall 2008, the Haerder-Center has enriched Lübeck’s retail trade. The center was developed on the site once occupied by the traditional “Haerder” department store at the very heart of Lübeck’s trading and commercial district.
The Haerder-Center Lübeck extends over 13.500 m² of rental space and provides an attractive mix of tenants. Retail areas are spread over a total of four levels, ranging from basement to second floor. The third story will feature circa 2.000 m² of appealing office space, offering panoramic views over the city of Lübeck.
