Cuprum Arena is a multifunctional project, combining retail and service functions with recreation, entertainment, cultural and office services. The Cuprum Arena shopping & entertainment center is located in the very heart of town, surrounded by Wrocławska, Sikorskiego and Kopernika streets. The center is situated amidst an extensive greenbelt, which makes the building clearly visible from all sides. The direct proximity of the major residential developments and large-format shopping chains assures high traffic saturation. Convenient transit and parking for 900 vehicles make the center readily available for customers arriving on foot or by car.

The finishing materials used for Cuprum Arena are top-quality granite, steel and wood, and aluminum panels that are copper-coloured to symbolize the importance that this raw material has for the region and the development of modern industry.
Cicrcle shaped construction, In the world there are only three shopping malls in the form of a circle, and Cuprum Arena is the first of the kind and only one of its kind in Poland. An important part of the project is the public space around the center, made up of green areas, benches in front of the center, and an amphitheater as an integral part of the project.
