Confederation Mall is an 329,128 sq. ft. enclosed mall anchored by Wal- Mart & Safeway. The site also offers great access, excellent visibility and ample customer parking for 1,382 stalls. It features 42 stores and services.
The mall is situated adjacent to one of the city’s major intersections at 22nd Street and Confederation Drive. Located on site is a city bus terminal that services not only the mall, but also the adjacent retail developments including Canadian Tire & Real Canadian Superstore. Access to the centre is provided from four points located along Confederation Drive and Laurier Drive.
Originally constructed in 1973. Expansion to suit Safeway in 1990.
