Bay Park Square

About this mall

Bay Park Square, situated in Green Bay, in the Wisconsin suburb of Ashwaubenon in the US, is a mall owned by the Simon Property Group.  It opened during 1980 when it was owned by the DeBartolo Corporation.  The mall is located one mile (1.6 km) fr om Lambeau Field on South Oneida Street (County Trunk Highway AAA).

Its anchors include Kohl’s at the East end, Shopko at the North end, and Younkers at the South end.  Younkers is situated wh ere Montgomery Ward used to be.  This location of Younkers was opened a few months before the closure of the group’s Port Plaza Mall store in downtown Green Bay.  Elder-Beerman, which opened its doors during 1995 in the West end of the mall, along with the food court, closed during February 2007.  The property was vacant for a few months until Younkers Furniture Gallery moved in.
The mall’s food court has an American football stadium theme, which is known as ‘Supper Bowl’.  This is located next to the Younkers Furniture Gallery.

Bay Park Square is located one mile south of Lambeau Field, in one of the more affluent regions in Green Bay.  It is considered to be the area’s main retail center.
