This acquisition encompasses the esteemed brand name, intellectual property, and existing stock. This decision aligns with AK Retail Holdings’ overarching mission to cater to various customers with varying preferences and needs.

AK Retail Holdings previously acquired M&Co’s brand and intellectual property earlier this year. In a recent development, the business unveiled a revamped M&Co website under its stewardship. The relaunched platform showcases an expanded womenswear collection encompassing a comprehensive range, including petite and plus sizes.
Evans is a British fashion brand specializing in plus-size women’s clothing and accessories.
