This retail park is an extension to an important commercial zone that stretches on both sides of the D45 road. It is spread over two blocks with approximately 100 metres of shop fronts that are perfectly visible from the RN13. This attractively landscaped shopping centre offers shops a resolutely contemporary showcase and customers a completely unique shopping experience in the area.
Description of the location and accessibility
White Parc shopping centre based along the A13 motorway, at the very heart of the Orgeval retail park, which is already a well-established economic hub.
Features mall architecture
The centre’s design incorporates a wide variety of technologies that fall under the scope of sustainable development (solar panels, green roof, rainwater collection, etc.).
Planning
The retail park consists of two buildings measuring 9 000 m² and 3 000 m². The buildings are easily distinguishable by their considerable height of 8,50 metres and by the undulating hood that shelters the shop fronts. The long stretch of glass of the main façade overlooks a spacious visitor car park which can accommodate 415 vehicles.
The project includes a 3 000 m² green roof as well as photovoltaic panels covering an area of 500 m². The parking spaces and surrounding embankment were planted with native shrubs and trees.
