April 24, 1990, The center was inaugurated by Mr. Maurice ARREX, Deputy Mayor of the City of Toulon. April 25, 1990, the center  was opened to the public. The Mayol shopping centre is situated in the town centre of Toulon between the Mayol sports stadium and the old town, close to the port. It consist of a Carrefour hypermarket and a set of national and European brands. With its offerings, its accessibility and its architecture, the Centre Mayol is destined to become one of the major players in the trade center of Toulon.

Mayol center is located near the city center, east of Toulon . The building is adjacent to the Mayol stadium.
The center is accessible by car, with parking facility, as well as public transportation, with several bus lines.
