The shopping center has been developed and is being owned by Hals Development, a real estate company specializing in commercial and residential property. The principal shareholders of the business which is placed in the top five developers rating of Moscow are Bank of Moscow and VTB.
Historical Central Kids Store is a legendary shopping and entertainment center primarily for families with children located in the center of Moscow. On a sales area of around 34.000 m², it offers more than 150 stores with the kids’ goods, toys, and goods for future parents. Currently, up to 30,000 people are visiting the center every day.
The tenant mix features famous names such as Stokke, the Norwegian producer of children’s furniture and accessories, Umnitsa, a Russian label of educational games for children, and Hamley’s World, one of the world’s largest and best-known retailer of toys.
