The Phoenix Centre is the prelude to the center of Harburg and is also an expression of a change of use, downtown before mounted, industrial belt. For the exterior was choosen a glass facade. High floor, circular glass varies in many ways, defining the center as an elegant object that provides a contemporary analogy to the listed industrial buildings around its technological appearance and abstraction. This large skylights brighten the interior.
The building of the mall has three storeys and plan in form of parallelogram, inside with outweigh triangular shape. Because of it's triangular shape the mall is also known as "Triangle Mall".
