A total sales area of 26,000 square meters with over 110 attractive shops will leave no wish unfulfilled. The extensive mix of well-known brands and local businesses will convince visitors and become a permanent address on shopping lists. The spacious food court invites visitors with its excellent options to enjoy and relax. Rounding off this exciting range of shops and dining in the centre is its architecture. Exceptionally unique and multi-storey highlight facades create a space of experience that stimulate all five senses. The varying types of facades exude fragrances, make sound noise such as the rustling of leaves or gently dripping water and invite visitors to active interaction. Underlining this atmosphere is an additional scent and sound concept, which is applied throughout the building. A showroom, accessible to the public, had been opened already before the topping-out ceremony.
From any point of the center, visitors can always see and experience at least two facades. When passing metallic sequins of the “Glamour Walk” Facade are glittering symbolizing the modern, fashion-conscious lifestyle, next to it, the “Green Point” with wall greening of real plants expresses energy and spirituality. Through the “Fluid Flow” Facade colorful, organic forms emanating calmness and relaxation are flowing like a lava lamp. The noble leather of the “Noble Sensation” Facade stands for Noblesse. The instinct to interact is incited by the “Frame Yourself ” Facade, which is activating impulses. In addition, an integral part of each Facade are the matching scent and sound design concepts, developed together with our specialized partners in the UK and Switzerland.
