Crayola is a brand of artists’ supplies, best known for its crayons. The Crayola Experience at Florida mall is the 70,000 square-foot “discovery center” opened this week in the former Nordstrom store. It is the second created by the crayons maker. Crayola joins one that opened in 2013 in Easton, Pennsylvania – the company’s home base since 1903.
The new facility in Orlando features a football-sized bright yellow mural, adorned with Crayola characters. Crayola Experience also houses the Crayola Store, which has the world’s largest selection of Crayola products, customers can customize their own tins of crayons and markers from a wall of color.
The Florida Mall also celebrating the grand opening of its new Dining Pavilion. The new area offers 23 restaurants, five new retailers and free Wi-Fi. The Dining Pavilion at the former Saks Fifth Avenue space.
