“We’ve always existed to inspire our customers to build a home with purpose – this idea of purpose and building a home takes time and service, frankly,” said Alicia Waters, president of Crate & Barrel and Crate & Barrel Kids.

The two-level flagship has a total of 23,000 square feet of space. The brand introduces the concept of creating a dream space from scratch by offering an endless range of Crate & Barrel and Crate & Kids home products.

Recently, Crate & Barrel has modernized the shopping process in its own online shop by focusing on omnichannel. However, the company also emphasizes the importance of physical retail by opening a flagship in a prestigious location surrounded by high-design shops.

The flagship store presents various gift registry options, enhancing the shopping experience.
