After a successful test run in the Dutch market, C&A is expanding its loyalty program “C&A for You” to several European territories. Members of this program receive unique privileges, additional discounts and other benefits.
Following the pilot project’s success in the Netherlands, C&A is introducing the “C&A for you” loyalty program in countries such as Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland, and Spain. As part of this program, the company rewards loyal customers with a 10% welcome bonus, exclusive offers and additional discounts, especially during sale periods.
The “C&A for you” program is an integral part of the extensive digital transformation of the C&A fashion retail chain. Its main objective is to improve the customer experience by better understanding customers’ styles, preferences and expectations. “This program is not just about rewarding loyalty; it’s about creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience that our customers deserve,” said C&A Europe merchandising director Daniel Jimenez.
