Fox was founded in 1942 in pre-state Israel as Trico Fox Ltd. After having its IPO on TASE in 2002, the company became Fox-Wizel Ltd. Today, Fox is an international chain with stores in ten countries: Israel, Russia, Singapore, China, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Thailand, Panama and the Philippines. In Fall 2008, Fox stores opened in Canada. The Company operates a network of approximately 136 stores in Israel, and 268 sales points in about 15 countries, with principal production sites in Israel and China. The Company sells its products through a network of retail shops in Israel and countries such as Puerto Rico, Panama, Germany, Moldova, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Cyprus, Romania, Serbia, the Russian Federation, Georgia, and Mongolia.
