The outlet is located at the Jio World Plaza shopping center in Mumbai. The store is designed in the classic retail concept of ‘raw architecture’ of the brand owned by Kering.

Balenciaga’s first store in India will feature men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections, accessories, shoes, bags, eyewear and jewelry.

The store’s interior is characterized by “raw architecture” and discreet design. The idea aims to “respect existing structures by exposing their inner workings and accumulated history” and to minimize the use of primary materials. The store uses concrete floors, white walls, metal shelving, aluminum tables and industrial fixtures.

Jio World Plaza is part of the mixed-use Bandra Kurla Complex. The mall is one of the most sought after malls for international brands in Mumbai. Cartier, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Dior and Jimmy Choo are part of the mall.
