Apple announced the expansion of its online store network with a launch in Vietnam. The company offered its customers nationwide to shop directly and receive branded service.
“Customers are always at the center of everything we do, and we’re thrilled to bring the Apple Store online to Vietnam,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail. “With today’s expansion, we’re proud to offer customers an incredible new way to discover and shop for our amazing products and services, connect with our knowledgeable team members, and experience the best of Apple.
Apple’s new online store in Vietnam features the latest iPhone 14 lineup. Customers can also personalize their devices by choosing their preferred case and strap combination to create a unique look with Apple Watch Studio.
Other services include selecting and customizing device configurations. The online store’s opening also launches a service to personalize the iPad, AirTag, AirPods and Apple Pencil with emoji, text and numbers for free.
Apple also said that customers in Vietnam are open to Apple Trade-In options – an old device can be offset against a new one. The store also offers loans for iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple Watch with MoMo and discounts on Macs and iPads for students.
