Adidas presented a new version of the classic Stan Smith silhouette in collaboration with Hello Kitty from Sanrio. A reinterpretation of one of Adidas’ iconic designs features the “Hello Kitty and Friends” bow and other iconic elements.
White leather-crafted sneakers feature “Hello Kitty and Friends” lettering on the sides, Stan Smith’s signature engraving on the tongue, contrast lining and plush heels.
A soft Hello Kitty-shaped balloon at the lacing area completes the design. The exact release date of the new model is still a secret, but sales of the sneaker have already started on the adidas Malaysia website. The retail price of the model is about $110. In the U.S., Hello Kitty and Friends x adidas Stan Smith is expected to be available in early April.
