malls.com is among the oldest domainames in the commercial internet. The malls.com domain name had been registered with the .com registry Verisign in May 25th 1995. Thus, malls.com is older than flowers.com or newyork.com.

Alexander Schubert, born in September 1965 in Berlin, Germany, will be the Director of the Malls.com FZ LLC. He has a diploma in Aviation Engineering of the Technical University of Berlin.

Alexander Schubert is co founder of dotBERLIN GmbH & Co. KG., a company that will apply for the top level domain ".berlin" at ICANN in 2009.

Alexander Schubert lives in Riga, Capital of Latvia a  European Union memberstate. His second home is Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), home of the future largest malls of the world. He is consultant to various UAE government bodies for domain strategies.
